The most important goal of the Louisiana Center for the Blind is to help blind persons fully participate in the economic, social and spiritual lives of their communities -- to be all that they can be! To accomplish this, the Center provides intensive training in the skills of blindness and encourages the development of a positive attitude about blindness.
